Grooming Policy

The Sabali Applied Obedience Program is an owner-focused, mobile training program designed to build reliable obedience and practical manners in real-world environments. Training sessions are conducted at the client’s home or approved public spaces and require active owner participation under trainer guidance. This program emphasizes teaching owners how to effectively communicate, manage, and reinforce behaviors with their dogs. Consistency outside of scheduled sessions is essential, and results vary based on the dog’s temperament, history, and the owner’s follow-through. While the trainer provides professional instruction and support, specific outcomes are not guaranteed. All sessions must be scheduled in advance and are non-refundable once confirmed. Full payment is required prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed. Additional fees may apply for travel beyond service areas (20miles). Program may escalate to a residential program and this will follow a separate agreement. Dogs must be healthy, up-to-date on vaccinations, and any behavioral concerns must be disclosed before training begins. For the safety and success of all parties, Sabali Dog Training Academy reserves the right to pause, modify, or terminate services if a dog presents a safety risk, if owner participation is insufficient, or if the program is no longer appropriate. In some cases, a more intensive training option, such as Board & Train, may be recommended. By enrolling in the Sabali Applied Obedience Program, clients acknowledge and agree to follow all program policies and training guidelines as outlined by Sabali Dog Training Academy.
