Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk:

I, the undersigned participant, understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with dog training activities at Sabali Dog Training Academy. I am voluntarily enrolling my dog in the Sabali Residential Program and I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

Release of Liability:

I hereby release Sabali Dog Training Academy, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of my dog's participation in this residential program. This release includes but is not limited to, injuries to persons, other dogs, or property.

Health and Vaccinations:

II confirm that the vaccination records I have provided for my dog is up-to-date and accurate.

Payment Agreement:

I agree to make payment for the training sessions in two equal installments. The first installment is due before the commencement of the training, specifically before the first session. The second installment is due before the midpoint of the training, specifically before the fourth session in an eight-session program.

I understand that failure to make these payments as agreed may result in the suspension or termination of the training services.

Refund Policy

• Cancellation Before Training Starts: If you cancel 72 hours to your first scheduled session, your initial payment will be 50% refundable.

• Cancellation Less Than 72 Hours Before Start: Payment is not refundable after 72hrs.

Training Policy

Sabali Dog Training Academy’s Board & Train program is conducted in a private, home-based training environment, not a commercial kennel or daycare facility. Dogs are boarded and trained in the trainer’s residence under a highly structured, low-capacity model designed to promote calm behavior, obedience, and real-world reliability.

This program prioritizes individualized attention and quality training. Each dog is handled exclusively by the trainer and receives daily, tailored obedience work, structured exercise, mental stimulation, and intentional rest periods. Dogs are maintained in a controlled environment with crate-based housing as a core training and safety tool. Free roaming, group play, and unsupervised dog-to-dog interaction are not permitted.
